Can you match our brand pantone?

Yes. Send your brand guidelines, a paint chip, a RAL code or a printed sample, we colour-match on site to within a couple of percent and can view a physical sample before you sign off.

Do you spray aluminium and ACM?

Yes. Powder-coated aluminium, ACM composite cladding, galvanised steel and GRP are all keyed and coated with adhesion primer for a factory-grade bond.

What about signage and vinyls?

Existing signage is lifted or masked, sprayed behind, and reinstated. We can also coordinate with your signmaker to apply new vinyls once the coating has cured.

Will the coating peel or chalk over time?

No. We use two-pack industrial polyurethane coatings developed for automotive and architectural cladding. They’re UV-stable and carry our 10-year written guarantee.

How long does the job take?

Most single-unit high-street shopfronts are sprayed across one overnight visit. Multi-storey elevations, banks of shutters and full curtain walling run to two or three nights. We agree a firm schedule at survey.

What about the pavement and passers-by?

We fully mask the pavement, glazing and any adjacent units. Public liability is £5M and we hold the site clean throughout, nothing lands where it shouldn’t.

Can you spray security shutters?

Yes. Shutters are coated slat-by-slat with the shutter partially deployed so the coating doesn’t crack when the shutter rolls.

We watch the forecast and pause if conditions turn. Coatings need dry, still air to flash off cleanly, we won’t compromise the finish to hit a date, and we agree a fallback night at survey.

How long does the guarantee last?

Ten years, written, signed on the day. It covers coating adhesion, colour stability and finish integrity.

Mask & prep
Every pane, seal, signage element and length of surrounding pavement is masked. Substrates cleaned, degreased and keyed for maximum adhesion.
Step 03
Spray
Two-pack industrial coating applied in controlled passes with HVLP kit. Fascia, frames, cladding, doors and shutters all coated to the same film build.
Step 04
Cure, inspect, hand back
