Barely at all. We seal off the kitchen with plastic sheeting and zip doors, cover floors and worktops, and use HVLP low-overspray spray kit. We’ve worked around newborns, allergies and asthmatics without issue.

What colours can you match?

Any. Send a paint chip, a Farrow & Ball or Little Greene reference, a RAL code or a photo, we colour-match on site and can show a physical sample before you sign off.

Will the finish be as good as a factory-sprayed kitchen?

Yes. We use two-pack furniture-grade coatings applied in a controlled spray booth for the doors, and dust-controlled HVLP application for the in-situ work. The film build, hardness and finish quality match a factory-sprayed new kitchen.

Do you fit new hardware?

Yes, included in every quote. Choose new handles, knobs or cup pulls from our range at survey, or supply your own; we fit as part of the refit stage.

Will the paint chip on the edges over time?

No. Two-pack coatings cure to a hard, furniture-grade film that resists knocks, cleaning products and daily wear. The finish is guaranteed for 10 years.

Can you spray laminate, MDF and solid wood?

Yes, all three, plus foil-wrapped doors, vinyl-wrapped doors and thermofoil. Each substrate gets an adhesion primer suited to it before topcoat.

What about the worktop and appliances?

Fully masked and protected throughout. We don’t spray worktops as standard, solid surface, stone and laminate all need different treatment, but ask at survey and we’ll advise.

Can you spray fitted wardrobes and interior joinery too?

Yes. Fitted wardrobes, built-in bookcases, media units, boot-room storage and bathroom vanities all get the same furniture-grade finish. We often do these on the same visit.

How long does the guarantee last?

Ten years, written, signed on the day. It covers coating adhesion, colour stability and finish integrity.

Yes, for most of the job. Doors and drawer fronts go off-site to our spray booth for 2–3 days; carcasses and island are sprayed in place on the final days. We agree a schedule that keeps the sink, oven and fridge usable as long as possible.
